Edible Prints

Edible images can be a great way to enhance a cake, so we are pleased to be able to offer an in house printing service.  

Printed sheets

The best way for your images to be exactly as you'd like them, is to email them over scaled to the size you require, especially if you have several, however we can crop and resize your image and add text if required. They will then be printed on high quality décor plus icing sheets, which you can cut round with clean dry scissors or a craft knife, peel off and apply directly to your cake.

We can print images up to A4 in size, whether that be a singular image or several on the same page. We also offer a service to add your photos to a film strip,all we need are your photos (max 15) and the size and height of the cake it needs to fit round.

Cupcake toppers

Cupcake toppers can be printed on a number of different mediums depending on their purpose and your budget. 

Wafer Card is slightly thicker than wafer paper at approx 0.65mm - 0.7mm, which gives it the feel of very thin card. A more complex design will print well as there is a smooth white finish on both sides.  They are ideal for toppers you want to stand up or for premium quality cake toppers. We will not be offering wafer paper, as wafer card offers a much better quality at an affordable price. 

Decor plus premium Icing Sheets are a thin layer of icing which is pressed onto a plastic backing sheet and peels off easily. The sheets are A4 in size and are soft and flexible.  Images printed on these are of a high quality and can be used on fondant icing, buttercream, marzipan etc. This option is slightly more expensive but worth it as there are no limitations on what works well with these. 

The above 3 options will need to be individually cut out with dry clean scissors or a craft knife and can be printed in the following sizes:

• 12 x 2.5" (6.35cm) circles per sheet
• 15 x 2" (5cm) circles per sheet
• 30 x 1.5" (3.8cm) circles per sheet
• 48 x 1.25" (3.2cm) circles per sheet

Decor plus premium pre cut Icing sheets have all the same qualities as the above icing sheets, however with the added bonus of the toppers being pre-cut. All you have to do is peel them away from the backing!

• 12 x 2.5" (6.35cm) pre-cut circles per sheet
• 15 x 2" (5cm) pre-cut circles per sheet
• 48 x 1.25" (3.2cm) pre-cut circles per sheet

Pricing

• 1 x A4 printed icing sheet - £6
• 1 x A4 film roll icing sheet - £15 if editing required, however standard A4 printed sheet price if sent over already edited and sized in a template that just requires printing.

• Wafer card cupcake toppers - £2.50 per sheet 
• Icing sheet cupcake toppers - £6 per sheet
• Pre-cut Icing sheet cupcake toppers - £7 per sheet

P&P is £1.50 on all orders. Free collection also offered. 

For any prints we edit ourselves, we will email back a proof which must be signed off before we can print and post.  Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours (subject to weekends and bank holidays). For full details please see our terms and conditions. 

Your order will be packaged in a food safe grip seal bag and posted in a board backed envelope to protect the contents. When it arrives please keep it stored flat in the sealed bag it was delivered in, out of direct sunlight and in a cool dry place until it's required. The product has a 12 month shelf life If stored in the right conditions as above.
